General Terms and Conditions of Booking and Payment

Booking
The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay. This amount serves as a confirmatory deposit and is in no case refundable.
Balance
The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid no later than 30 (thirty) days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Non-payment
In case of non-payment of the balance within the established terms, the booking will be considered void due to the client’s fault, with the consequent loss of the deposit already paid.
Security Deposit
Upon check-in, the guest is required to pay a security deposit as a guarantee against any damage caused to the accommodation or its equipment, as follows:
- Units K1, K2, and K4: € 300.00
- Unit K3: € 400.00
- Unit K5: € 500.00
The security deposit will be refunded at check-out, after inspection of the accommodation, except for deductions in case of damages, missing items, or breaches of the rules.
Tourist Tax
A tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night applies to all guests over 14 years of age.
The tax must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Cancellations and Changes
Any cancellations or modifications of the booking will not entitle the client to a refund of the deposit already paid.
